Dj Mobius a.k.a. Leroy Anton Daniel Monster-Piris came into contact with the hardcore style early when he was at the age of 13. The culprit was his older cousin Mortis. Mortis has been going to parties for a while by then and was also active as a DJ. But not much later his little nephew got infected with this virus and since then there was no cure for Mobius.

The first party where Mobius played was in 2004 on Beter Kom Je Niet. Beter Kom Je Niet events made him increase larger and Mobius became notorious for his hard and pruning turning style and also by the lots of battles with his cousin Dj Mortis. Some other dj’s Mobius has been battled with: Darkcontroller, Plague, AXN, Eek, Fonzie, Darkvision, Reiner, Mindfuck, Cup-A-Core, Stinger.

Because the virus Mobius has becoming crazier and he developed his own style over the years. Styles Mobius loved with great passion and is essentially running during a solo set: UK Terror, Breakcore, Drum & Bass, Industrial, Schranz and Darkcore. In conjunction with Mortis these two are known for a solid set (mainstream) hardcore, darkcore and many crazyness during the performance. But lately Mobius is playing a lot with Stinger, these battles are notorious for their styles like the hardest Drum & Bass, Industrial, UK Breakcore till Terror.

Mobius has played in the recent years for various organizations and at various (Dutch and foreign) festivals including: CSR, ID&T (Thunderdome 2010), NARG entertainment (Budapest, Hungary), MOH: Elusive (Katowice, Poland), Hardcore Invasion, DJ Partyraiser One man // Half machine Project 2, Beter Kom Je Niet, Ik Ben Je Bitch Niet, etc.

In the future, Mobius will be often found in his studio. What will come out of there is a surprise, but it will be known soon enough!
